A master planned cul-de-sac where 6 large lots were created. This development required an extensive design and retaining rock to allow these lots to be created. Ranging from .30 acres to .60 acres, this skillfully developed plat provides pristine mountain and lake views in the well developed Traverse Mountain Master Development.

Rockwell Estates Phase II Development

Ranging from .19 acres to .68 acres, this skillfully developed plat also provides pristine mountain and lake views in the Traverse Mountain Master Development.
